Marnie Gabbert

Marnie joined Preston Law in 2022 as a Law Clerk with our commercial team and is currently completing a Bachelor of Laws degree with Southern Cross University.

She has extensive paralegal experience of nearly 20 years in all areas of business, commercial, government and property law.

Marnie independently assists clients with commercial and residential contracts, business transactions, retail and commercial leasing, trademark applications, company incorporation, ASIC lodgements, and charity registration.

Marnie was born and bred in Cairns and with a background in the tourism and hotel industry, she is friendly, approachable, and focused on customer service excellence.
