With extensive experience as a legal secretary spanning over 34 years, Liz’s knowledge of local government law makes her an invaluable asset to the firm’s government team. Liz has worked for the Firm for over 6 years and supports Mal Skipworth, Martine Care and Marina Dunstan.

Liz supports her operatives to prepare a very wide range of property documents including Form 1 Transfer, Form 24 Property Information, Form 20 Schedules (as required), Form 9 Easements, Form 10 Surrender of Easements and Form 31 Covenants.

Liz has high familiarity with all source documents required to prepare the documents as well as Department of Resources requirements for the preparation of all documents.
