Amy Goldburg
Amy completed her dual degree in Law and Business from James Cook University Cairns, in 2012 and gained admission to the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia the following year.
Her legal practice has solely concentrated in the field of family law, where she leverages her extensive experience to handle various aspects like property division, spousal maintenance, financial agreements, parenting disputes, child support, and divorce. She is also proficient in representing her clients in mediations and making appearances on their behalf in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
Being a parent herself, Amy brings an empathetic approach towards her clients, while understanding the challenges that come with separated parenting. Her pragmatic approach to family law issues coupled with her relatable demeanour helps her clients feel comfortable and supported throughout their legal journey.
Amy’s memberships extend to the Queensland Law Society, the Far North Queensland Law Association, and the Family Law Practitioner’s Association.
