Elliott Meelen

Elliott joined the Preston Law team in 2024 having completed his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT). Elliott initially earned his Bachelor of Business (Management)/ Bachelor of Laws (Honours) also at QUT, in 2020.

Elliott has worked across several industries, where he honed his skills in business development, strategic planning, and navigating the complexities of change management in large organizations. His experience includes working with Councils as the Regional Procurement Coordinator for Far North Queensland Regional Organization of Councils (FNQROC), based in Cairns.

Elliott now leverages his Local Government and private sector experience to benefit our clients, helping them achieve favourable outcomes. His diverse background equips him with a unique perspective and a comprehensive understanding of both legal and business environments, making him a valuable asset to our team.
