Eleanor has assisted the State government, local governments, statutory authorities, governments owned corporations and commercial and corporate clients for over 10 years.

Her broad practice covers everything from the provision of advice on advisory on statutory obligations and compliance for all levels of government to corporate structures, contracting, and procurement; as well as all land tenure and property transactions including dealing with State land, freehold and leasehold and Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander land, and acquisition of land and compensation. 

In addition, Eleanor has been engaged by many local governments in dealing with mining tenements holders in accordance with applicable energy and resources legislation including compensation agreements for local authority roads and infrastructure, with mining companies entering into joint venture arrangements, drafting option deeds, undertaking due diligence and independent tenement reports, compliance with environmental authorities and other mining-related activities.

Her corporate experience includes advising on corporate structures for not for profit organisations and statutory authorities, local government and Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander organisations, drafting constitutions, policies and procedures, training on directors duties and statutory compliance in accordance with applicable legislation.
