Native Title

Preston Law's in-house specialists combined have been practising for over a decade acting for local government, government owned corporations, mines and landholders.  Our team has unparalleled expertise in all aspects of native title law and cultural heritage law.

Andrew specifically has worked as a case manager at the National Native Title Tribunal giving him exposure to all aspects of the native title mediation process.  He has successfully concluded agreements relating to the recognition of native title that protect local government and community interests, as well as project specific agreements for major projects affected by native title.
