Tim Dobinson

Tim was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in January 2003 after completing his Articles of Clerkship with a Townsville-based firm.

Tim joined Gadens Lawyers Cairns (now Preston Law) in January 2005.  In the ensuing two and a half years, Tim was appointed partner in charge of the firm's litigation division.

With a work ethic matched by few, Tim constantly exceeds the expectations of his clients. He has acted for the complete spectrum of clients from individuals to multinational corporations and all levels of government in all facets of both commercial and non-commercial litigation.

Tim's energy, passion and outcome driven approach results in the protection and promotion of his clients' interests.
