Penny Laws

Penny Laws is a Solicitor with Preston Law and joined the Commercial team during 2010 as a Trainee Solicitor, and was responsible for the firm's Conveyancing work.

In June 2011 Penny was admitted as a Solicitor and now works predominantly in the firm's Commercial and Local Government teams.

Penny's key focus areas include;

• Residential Conveyancing;
• Commercial Conveyancing;
• Business transactions- drafting contracts, reviewing financial documents, drafting/reviewing trust deeds, leasing;
• Estates;
• Property development projects; and
• Working with Local Government entities- drafting/reviewing contracts, drafting and negotiating Commercial leases, Trustee leases.

The work philosophy Penny adopts is providing her clients the best of both worlds which include value for money and outstanding service.
