Michael Laycock

Michael joined Preston Law in the litigation practice area as a Senior Associate in 2010.  We are delighted to welcome Michael as a Partner of Preston Law from 1 July 2011.

He has extensive experience in the commercial litigation arena, body corporate and building disputes, traffic offences and workplace health and safety prosecutions.

Michael has a unique style for litigation which comprises of being result focussed whilst offering practical legal solutions to his clients.

His strong work ethic and his practical approach to his work means that Michael achieves success for his clients by understanding his clients' objectives and then seizing every opportunity to obtain the best possible outcome for their particular needs.

Michael has acted for state government departments, councils, public and private companies and individuals.
