Mark Valente

Mark manages the Preston Law conveyancing division and also specialises in commercial and property development law.

On the completion of a double degree from the University of Queensland, Mark commenced his career in Brisbane working for a medium sized firm in the property division.

After 3 years, Mark travelled to the United Kingdom and worked for a prominent London law firm acting for majority charitable housing associations and government funded bodies in project housing developments.

After 2 years overseas, Mark returned to Cairns where he founded the Gadens Lawyers Cairns office (now Preston Law) and has continued to specialise in property developments, shopping centre sales, commercial office and retail leasing, resort sales, sub-divisional work as well as advising the corporate sector on commercial business transactions including company share acquisitions and franchising.
