John Seccull

John joins the Preston Law litigation team after working in the Supreme Court as an associate to the Honorable Justice Jones AO and as a volunteer with the Environmental Defenders Office North Queensland.

Completing his law degree with Class 1 Honours at James Cook University, John has a specific interest in litigation.

In his role as a solicitor at Preston Law, John predominantly assists the litigation partner with various matters that span a complete spectrum of clients from individuals to multinational corporations and all levels of government in all facets of both commercial and non-commercial litigation.
