Carissa Taifalos

Carissa has worked in the legal industry since 1994 and moved into her role as a conveyancer during 2003 dealing with both cottage and commercial conveyancing.

Her aptitude for conveyancing has resulted in Carissa extending her conveyancing skills to include:

• Residential conveyancing
• Commercial property purchase and sale transactions
• Property development projects
• Sub-divisional conveyancing

Carissa assists the firm's lawyers with the preparation and execution of all conveyancing documentation and ensures all local authority, statutory and nominated property search requisitions and investigations are conducted in a timely manner.

Her role also includes liaising with real estate agents, bankers and financiers, government departments, vendors and purchasers in co-ordinating property searches, financial arrangements and the final settlement.

Carissa fully understands that the legal side of purchasing a property can be confusing and stressful and that not all transactions go smoothly. She is therefore committed to anticipate potential problems before they arise and to implement solutions to those problems.
