Preston Law is a proudly local Cairns law firm offering commercially realistic, practical and cost effective legal advice and solutions based on genuine knowledge and experience.

Preston Law was formerly part of the national Gadens Lawyers Group which commenced operations in Cairns in 1991.  On 1 July 2008, the independent law firm Preston Law was founded to enable us to better focus on our client base in North Queensland.

Since our independent establishment, Preston Law continues to focus on maintaining a strong local presence in the North Queensland region and provide legal services to areas including Cairns, Innisfail, Townsville, Atherton Tablelands and areas in and around Mt Isa, Cape York, Gulf of Carpentaria and the Torres Strait.
